About Eduardo
Tax Partner at Creel, García-Cuellar, Aiza y Enríquez that regularly advises private equity funds, financial institutions, multinational enterprises and technology companies in cross-border M&A transactions and a wide array of international tax issues. He also advises multinational groups in outbound and inbound investments into Mexico.
Eduardo has authored several publications specialized in international taxation, having most recently co-authored alongside other notable practitioners the book “Thinker, Teacher, Traveler: Reimaginig International Tax” published by IBFD. He holds a law degree (JD) from Universidad Iberoamericana and a graduate tax degree from Universidad Panamericana (Summa cum laude). In addition, Eduardo obtained his LL.M on International Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2012 and he is admitted to practice in New York since 2012 and remains in good standing.
