I began studying accountancy 30 years ago and specialised in tax around 25 years ago, predominantly in personal tax but still work on Corporate tax matters.

Having worked in the industry from the early days of the introduction of Self Assessment i have vast knowledge and experience on personal tax matters and experience dealing with HMRC. I have gained experience over the years dealing with IHT and CGT planning for a wide range of clients including SME's.

I have worked at LWA for the past 14 years and head up the tax team, we have expanded our services to include sports tax on a personal tax level and from a compliance aspect assisting clients to meet their obligations outside of PAYE.
