I am a lawyer specialising in tax matters (contentious and non-contentious) and commercial disputes. I have experience advising on UK and Commonwealth Caribbean tax issues in the context of cross-border commercial and corporate transactions (including drafting and negotiating relevant tax provisions in agreements and other documentation). I have worked with clients in a range of sectors including financial sponsors, sports and energy.

I am a member of the Linklaters LatAm Group and I head the firm’s Caribbean Desk, a sub-team within the firm’s wider offering in the Americas region.
