Carlos Aragaki, graduated and master in Accounting from PUC-SP, has accumulated important experiences in his career. Of the 29 years of experience, he has experience in statutory auditing and for CPC/IFRS consolidation, in internal audit projects, risk analysis and internal controls. Extensive experience in auditing publicly traded companies and family businesses that require an audit of their financial statements (BNDES/loans). Additionally, 35 years are marked by specialized performance in the area of auditing football clubs, being a member of the Federal Accounting Council in the elaboration of the CFC resolution for the standardization of accounting practices of football clubs, analyst and member of Academia Lance of the daily newspaper O Throw. Vice President of Administration and Finance at ANEFAC - National Association of Finance, Administration and Accounting Executives, is a member of the Chamber of Accountants at Ibracon (Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil).
