About Virginie

Having worked for more than 10 years for EY, Virginie joined the Firm’s Tax department as a partner. She works with French companies and international groups on the management of their day-to-day and complex tax issues (merger-acquisitions, restructuring, external growth). She also advises private clients, and in particular directors, on their private estates.

The Joffe & Associés Sports Law team, located in Paris, London and Los Angeles assists its clients in sports-related transactions, litigation, and arbitration. Our cross-functional knowledge of the sector means that we can act on both the economic and business challenges (tax issues, media rights, sponsoring, ticket sales, equipment, financing) and the purely organizational aspects (structuring and subsidiary creation, territorial organization, availability of infrastructure…).
