Adrian has had a varied career in Tax across a wide range of sectors and businesses much of which has been Trusts related. This includes being a partner in two City Law Firms, a tenant for many years with a busy and wide advisory practice at Pump Court Tax Chambers, an academic at Oxford and Professor of Business Law at King’s College, London. For 13 years he was a judge of the First Tier Tax Tribunal and of the Upper Tier Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber). He has acted as Chairman of a Maltese TSP and CSP provider.
Particular expertise in trusts, large corporate transactions , land development, and especially intangibles, as well as celebrity and HINWI tax and cross-border matters. Much experience of Offshore Trusts and Tax. Many books and Articles.
